Over the years Club Elani has become THE place to host any type of Club activity, competition or fundraising occasion. Our facilities are suitable for almost any outdoor activity. We are situated at the Misverstand Dam and the Berg River flows past our doorstep.

We even have our own Quad Bike track and air landing strip. Our function venues offer many options for all size groups, ranging from 10 - to over 200 guests. We have many clients that return, year after year, to host their functions at Club Elani.

Function Venues *

Club Elani can offer you both outdoor and inside venues. There are large areas of lawn or even wide-open veld, all within close proximity to the facilities at the Club itself.

We have ample parking and sparkling clean ablution blocks for your guests. There is a take-away, restaurant and shop, as well as our famous watering hole, "Swarries Bar" for refreshments.

Our inside function venues can accommodate 200 plus people down to intimate venues for just 20-30 people. The audio-visual equipment is new and state-of-the-art.

• The Koringsaal is a brand new airconditioned hall with doors opening onto a garden veranda. This is the ideal venue for the larger function or occasion such as a fundraiser as it can accommodate approximately 200 seated guests together with a large dance floor and "stage" area. There is a bar and separate buffet area.
• The Veranda, which overlooks our lovely indigenous gardens, easily caters for up to 80 people including a dance floor. There is a cosy open stone fireplace for those cold days and airconditioning for the summer months. The Buffet is laid out in an adjacent room so that leaves lots of room for the dancing or presentation space.
• You can even arrange to hold your function in a Garden Marquee on our vast lawns.

We have an extensive menu selection for all types of special occasions and our food is personally prepared in our large, efficient kitchens.

Boetie se Kombuis is our main restaurant and is world-renowned for specializing in Boerekos: Vleis, Rys en Aartappels - the way Ouma used to cook it.

However, you are not restricted to Boerekos. Choose from a wide selection of mouth-watering dishes to suit your particular taste:

• The Very Best Boerekos
• Snoek evenings, Steak braais and Potjiekos
• Main courses include Lemon & Herb Chicken, Rich beef wine caserole, Sweet Lamb Curries, and too many others to mention.
• All served with crisp farm-baked breads and garden fresh vegetables and salads.
• Don't forget our decadent puddings, desserts and cakes.
• You name it - we can do it.

We can offer various other services or equipment at very competitive prices.

• Flowers and general decorations, and special napery such as coloured tablecloths, serviettes, chair covers, overlays or organza, etc.
• DJ Music - We can arrange a professional DJ or if you wish - we can play other CD/DVD music provided by you.
• Audio-visual equipment such as large screen and barco computer link-ups for presentations, etc.
• Microphone and other sound equipment.
